Fast & Free delivery to most mainland UK postcodes on pallet orders. Bulk/loose loads available (mainland only).

How pallet deliveries work (Pump Truck + Tail-Lift)

Standard (Free) Delivery: Monday to Friday, typically 1–3 working days from order (stock dependent).

Upgrades: AM/PM slots (from £17 per pallet), timed within 1 hour (from £30 per pallet), and Saturday services (from £55; Saturday timed from £85).

  1. Dispatch: Orders normally leave us within 1–3 working days.
  2. Carrier contact: Our pallet network may text/email to confirm the day. Kerbside Mon–Fri
  3. Arrival: Driver lowers the pallet via tail-lift and uses a manual pump truck to the nearest safe point.
  4. Completion: Signature and delivery photo taken.
Access & surface: Pump trucks need a flat, hard, level surface (tarmac, concrete, block paving). They cannot roll on gravel, grass, mud, or steep slopes. Delivery is to kerbside or the nearest safe point.
Legal obligation & liability: The driver’s legal obligation is to offload goods to the roadside/kerbside only. Once the pallet has been placed in a safe location and signed for, liability and responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

Access requirements (pallet deliveries)

  • Surface: Hard, level ground; no gravel/grass/soft ground.
  • Slope: Gentle gradients only; heavy pallets cannot be controlled on steep inclines.
  • Space: Around 3 m width clear to unload and turn the pallet safely.
  • Kerbside: Delivery is to the nearest safe point at the property boundary.

We offer Fast & Free delivery to most mainland UK postcodes on pallet orders. Surcharges apply in remote mainland regions.

Failed delivery & redelivery

If the carrier cannot deliver due to unsuitable access, no safe place, or no one available to accept, a re-delivery fee may apply. Returns of heavy pallets incur carrier charges deducted from refunds.

Service area — Mainland UK only

Delivery is available to mainland UK only (England, Wales, and mainland Scotland). We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, or any off-shore locations.

Equestrian & Bulk Haulage (Loose Loads)

For arenas, gallops and larger projects we supply loose loads via specialist hauliers. Please ensure your site can accommodate the vehicle and has safe turning space.

Silage clamp ring delivery & haulage

Silage clamp rings are supplied on bulk haulage and are quoted on a per-order basis. We do not offer pallet delivery for clamp rings.

All deliveries require suitable access for heavy vehicles, including adequate width, turning space and a firm, level surface for unloading.

When you enquire, we’ll confirm the clamp ring quantities required and provide a full breakdown quote by email, covering both the clamp rings and haulage to your destination.

The following postcodes incur an additional remote postcode charge. This charge is invoiced separately to your order and will be sent via email by a member of the team. Failure to pay the surcharge within 3 working days will result in your order being refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the surcharge before placing your order.

FAQs

Where will the driver leave my pallet?
Pallet deliveries are kerbside. The driver will move the pallet using a pump truck to the nearest safe, level point at your property boundary.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
No. Delivery is available to mainland UK only (England, Wales, mainland Scotland).
Can you deliver onto gravel or grass?
No. Pump trucks can’t roll on loose or soft surfaces. If your driveway is gravel, the pallet can be left on the nearest firm surface (kerbside).
How long do deliveries take?
All deliveries are 1–3 working days unless we contact you otherwise. Specific dates can be arranged after this period at no extra cost.
Who is responsible for the goods after delivery?
Once the pallet is placed in a safe location and signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
Delivery, Returns & Legal T&Cs
These terms summarise how we handle delivery and returns for consumer orders placed on this website. They sit alongside our standard Terms of Service and do not limit your statutory rights.

1) Delivery area & timing

  • Mainland UK only. We deliver to England, Wales and mainland Scotland (no NI, Channel Islands, IOM, IOW or Scottish Islands).
  • Standard service: Monday–Friday, typically 1–3 working days from order, subject to stock and carrier capacity.
  • Upgrades: AM/PM, timed (within 1 hour) and Saturday services are available for a surcharge (see Delivery page for current rates).
  • Delivery windows are estimates. Carriers normally operate between 08:00–18:00 and may be affected by traffic, roadworks and regulations. We cannot accept liability for wages, time or other consequential loss arising from delays.
  • If you require a specific date, we can arrange delivery after the standard 1–3 day period at no extra cost (subject to availability).

2) How pallet deliveries are made

  • Deliveries are kerbside using a tail-lift and manual pump truck. Goods are unloaded at the nearest safe point to the property boundary.
  • Surfaces must be hard, flat and level (tarmac, concrete, block paving). Pump trucks cannot roll on gravel, grass, soft ground, steep slopes or over kerbs.
  • Drivers cannot use cranes/HIABs or deliver to the rear of properties where access is unsuitable.
Legal obligation & transfer of risk: The driver is only legally obliged to offload goods to the roadside/kerbside. Once the pallet is placed in a safe location and signed for, liability and responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

3) Access & safety

  • Please ensure the approach road and delivery point are safe and accessible for a large goods vehicle. The driver’s assessment of safety and access is final. If access is unsafe or unviable, delivery may be refused.
  • Examples that may prevent delivery include: parked cars blocking access, low branches or cables, narrow lanes, soft verges or steep gradients. Redelivery or return charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed for these reasons.
  • We strongly recommend waiting until delivery is completed before booking labour or equipment.

4) If you can’t be at home

  • If you cannot be present, you may leave written authority to leave in a visible place (e.g., front door). This acts as your signature and acceptance of risk.
  • Where no safe place is available and no-one is present to sign, the carrier may return the pallet to the depot and redelivery/return charges may apply.

5) Failed delivery, redelivery & surcharges

  • If delivery fails due to unsuitable access/surfaces or no authorised person to accept, redelivery or return charges set by the carrier will be payable.
  • Remote mainland postcodes may incur surcharges and/or extended lead times (see Delivery page for current rates).

6) Inspection on delivery

  • Please inspect goods on arrival and note any visible damage or shortages on the driver’s paperwork/device before signing. Take clear photos and notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) so we can assist with a carrier claim.
  • This does not affect your statutory right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

7) Wrongly supplied, wrongly ordered & cancellations

  • Wrongly supplied by us: If we deliver incorrect goods, we will arrange collection or you may refuse delivery at no cost to you.
  • Wrongly ordered / order cancelled after dispatch: We can arrange collection or accept a refused delivery, but all transport costs (outbound + return) will be charged at the carrier’s rate.
  • To minimise costs, please double-check product, quantity, access and contact details before placing an order.

8) Returns & refunds (consumer orders)

  • You may cancel a standard (non-custom) order within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • Return transport is the customer’s responsibility and is charged at the carrier’s rate unless the goods are faulty or wrongly supplied. We can arrange transport for you
  • Once goods are received back and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. We may make deductions for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
  • Exclusions: bespoke/cut-to-size items, made-to-order blends, and goods that by their nature cannot be returned safely once opened. These bespoke items waive the 30 day refund terms in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Bespoke items that are faulty or not as described are still protected under the consumer rights act.

9) Loose loads (equestrian & bulk)

  • Loose loads are supplied via 8-wheel tipper (up to ~10t) or high-volume walking floor (up to ~22t). Ensure firm tipping areas, adequate turning space and overhead clearance where relevant.
  • Access constraints must be disclosed at quotation; waiting time, aborted delivery or part-loads may incur additional charges from the haulier.
  • Due to the nature of deliveries of loose loads, we can't accept any returns after the product has been tipped. Please inspect the product throughouly before tipping commences

10) Risk & title

  • Risk in the goods transfers on delivery to a safe point and signature/authority to leave (see section 2). Title transfers upon full payment being received.

11) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

4) Prices, VAT & promotions

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time. Confirmed prices apply once your order is accepted.
  • Discounts/promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

5) Ordering & contract formation

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation/dispatch notice.
  • We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing error, failed payment) and refund any payments taken.

6) Payment

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Funds are taken at order placement unless stated.
  • By paying you confirm you are authorised on the payment method used.

7) Delivery

  • Delivery information, service levels, surcharges and access requirements are set out on our Delivery page.
  • Standard lead time is typically 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri). Timed/Weekend upgrades are available for a surcharge.
  • Deliveries are kerbside via tail-lift and pump truck to the nearest safe point. Suitable hard, level ground is required.
  • Transfer of risk: Once goods are placed safely and signed for (or left with your written authority), risk passes to you.
  • Delivery windows are estimates; we are not liable for costs arising from delays outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, carrier issues).

8) Cancellations & returns (consumer orders)

  • You may cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery and return goods within a further 14 days.
  • Goods must be unused and in resaleable condition with original packaging where applicable.
  • Return carriage is your responsibility unless goods are faulty or wrongly supplied. We will refund within 14 days of receiving goods back.
  • Exclusions: bespoke or made-to-order items; mixed-to-spec blends; goods that cannot be returned safely once opened.

9) Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

  • Please inspect on delivery and note any visible damage on the driver’s device/paperwork.
  • Please report issues promptly (ideally within 24 hours) so we can assist with carrier claims. This does not affect your statutory right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

10) Risk, title & ownership

  • Risk passes on delivery as described in Section 7. Title passes once payment is received in full.

11) Warranty & liability

  • We warrant goods will conform to their description on delivery. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods in question, except where the law entitles you to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, except for death/personal injury caused by negligence or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of time, labour, missed appointments).

12) Events outside our control

  • We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, industrial action, extreme weather or supply shortages.

  • All content (text, images, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You must not copy or use it without permission.
  • We try to be accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct or update information without notice.
