WPC is extruded from wood power, resin and a small amount of polymer materials. Its surface looks like timber, in the meantime, it has the characteristics of waterproof,
mothproof, anti-corrosion, heat insulation and sound insulation. It is suitable for all kinds of indoor and outdoor decoration scenes, without deterioration, mildew,
cracking and embrittlement. What's more, the outstanding properties of WPC make it unnecessary to paint or maintain.
Outdoor WPC is manufactured from a combination of 85% recycled HDPE, and wood powder, with some performance-optimized additives (eg. anti-uv, anti-age-ing).
With our patented extrusion technology to wrap the wood flour particles with HDPE perfectly, Outdoor WPC keeps the natural impression of wood and rich colours
of plastic.
With years of efforts in R&D in uncapped WPC production techniques, Foju® successfully introduced 3D Wood Grain and streaking colouring into its decking and cladding.
